How to refresh your breath naturally

Bad breath takes away our self-confidence and it is very annoying to others. Chewing gum and lozenges work for a short time, and they have some unpleasant side effects. If you have chewing gum for overly long and often it can damage the surface of your teeth and the ingredients in lozenges are often questionable. We suggest you to try a few natural remedies!

Mint leaves. If you eat a dessert, which is decorated with mint leaves, chew it and you will instantly refresh your breath.

Salt solution. After eating you cab rinse your mouth with saline solution. Get a glass of lukewarm water and add a teaspoon of salt, then rinse your mouth with it. Rinsing will help to remove food particles trapped between teeth and the salt will destroy bacteria in the oral cavity.

Soda. From time to time brush your teeth with baking soda. It will neutralize the acid in your mouth which is a great place for bacteria to grow.

Apples. Eat an apple. It is hard so you will clean any food residues from your teeth. Apple also contain substances that stop bacteria from multiplying.

Yogurt. Eating yogurt regularly will improve your breath.

Water. Dehydrated mouth is a great place for bacteria to breed. Do not forget to drink 6-8 glasses of water every day.
