Start your day with a glass or two of warm water. It is the best to drink water within 5-10 minutes after waking up. This way you will awaken your digestive system and make it ready for breakfast. Then it is recommended to drink a glass of water 20-30 minutes before each meal. This way you will easily drink 1.5 litres of water.
