Long and slender neck is every woman’s dream. Take a good care of it so you wouldn’t need to hide it wearing scarfs.
The skin of your neck is thicker than the skin of your face. However, it is easy to wrinkle. Don’t let your skin dry out and prevent from wrinkles by applying nourishing cream every night. Don’t wash your skin with harsh soup, use some gentle shower gel. While washing neck, massage it with a sponge in circular motions. This will improve blood circulation in it.
One more very useful procedure for your neck skin is cold shower. Let cold water run on your neck as long as you can or put a towel soaked with cold water around your neck and keep it there until it gets warm. Then pat your neck gently around 30 times. These rituals are advised to be done two or three times a week.
Some more exercises for your neck:
Turn your head around from left to right (10 times) and from right to left (10 times as well).
Lie on your back. Keep your arms next to the hips. Slowly lift your head until your chin touches your cheast, then slow;y return to the starting position. Repeat this 5-10 times.
Sit on your palms. Slowly bow your head to the left side and try to reach your left shoulder. Do the same to your right side trying to touch your right shoulder. When doing this exercise do not lift your shoulders. Repeat 5-10 times.
