Meet summer physically stronger

Despite your age, gender and physical abilities, you can become stronger and even prolong your life. Spring is the best time to start changing something in your life.

Physical activity helps to control weight. When you have some physical activity, you burn calories. The principle is quite simple: the more intense physical activity – the more calories you burn. And you don’t even need to go to the gym if you cannot or you don’t want. You can increase your physical activity much more simple: climb the stairs instead of taking an elevator, go walking fast, even doing simple housework you are burning calories. Moving maintains good health and helps to prevent diseases. Are you worried about your heart condition? Do you want to regulate your blood pressure? No matter what your weight is, physical activity increases the amount of high density lipoprotein or “good” cholesterol and reduces concentration of harmful triglycerides. In fact, regular physical activity reduces the chance of getting a stroke, metabolic disorders, type II diabetes, depression, arthritis and even certain types of cancer.

Physical activity improves your emotional state. Do you want to feel emotional rise or relax if someone made you nervous? Exercise or simply go for a walk for 30 minutes. Physical activity stimulates production of various substances which are responsible for the sense of happiness and helps to relax.

Physical activity ensures good quality of sleep. Do you find if difficult to fall asleep or you are constantly waking up during the night? Exercising will solve this problem. Just make sure you don’t go to sleep straight after working out. Your body needs to rest first.
