Natural yogurt masks for oily skin

In order to prepare all these masks, you need a natural plain yogurt. Do not use the one that includes additives, like fruits or various flavors because all its valuable properties will be destroyed by a canning process.

1. Peel and crush a plum. Add one teaspoon of yogurt and a teaspoon of oatmeal or wheat flour. Mix everything gently and apply on your face. Let it stand for 25-30 minutes and then rinse this mask with warm water. Instead of plums, you can use strawberries, cranberries, oranges and grapefruit.

2. For oily skin make the mask of yogurt and pomegranate juice. Take 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt and mix it with 1 tablespoon of pomegranate juice and 1 tablespoon of flour. Apply this mixture on your face and keep for 15-20 minutes. This mask also has a whitening effect.

3. For oily skin, also try yogurt mask with tomato. Mix 2 tablespoons of yogurt with 1 tablespoon of peeled and deceded tomato. Keep the mask on your face for 15 minutes and then rinse off with cool water. Keeping this mask longer is not recommended because tomatoes may start irritating the skin.

4. Oily skin can be cleaned with a mask of yogurt and potatoes. Mask needs to be prepared in such proportions: 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of green grated potato. Just like the mask with tomatoes, this one should also be kept no more than 15 minutes.

5. In onder to remove the shine, helps yogurt mask with the beer yeast. To make this mask is really easy: crush few tablets of brewer’s yeast to get 1 tablespoon of the yaest powder. Mix them with two tablespoons of yogurt and keep the mask for 15 – 20 minutes. Finally, rinse this mask off with cool water.
