5 mistakes that many people do while dieting

1. Eating too little. Make sure you eat enough of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some people really exaggerate when dieting and practically quit eating. The most important rule is to eat healthier foods. You really do not need to starve. In fact, when you are eating too little, your body begins to store fat reserves, and you really do not want this do you?

2. Overeating. After a few days of fasting, it is not surprising that you will want some nourishing meal. Remember that this is really harmful. Make sure you eat in the same mode when dieting and avoid overeating.

3. Relieving stress with food. Get rid of this habit. When you are stressed, the food can be even more difficult to digest. If you feel tense or you are in a bad mood, it is advisable to go for a walk or a jog. This will improve your mood and you will be able to eat without any stress.

4. Not having regime. Try to eat at the same time and exercise regularly. Working out once a week is not enough if you want to see some results. Getting used to exercising and eating at the same time will make it easier for you to develop good habits.

5. Not sleeping enough. Allow your body to relax. Ideally, it should be 8 hours of sleep every night, but if you cannot do so, allow yourself to sleep at least 7 hours.
