Watermelon diet is tough enough. For 5 days (more not recommended) you can eat just one product – watermelons. This tasty snack will be your food all day. The quantity is not really small, so you should not feel hungry. Most importantly, do not eat any other foods, even in very small quantities. The exemption applies only to water, which should be non-carbonated, and green tea without sugar or other sweeteners.
You can lose 5 to7 kilos in 5 days, which is a great results. However, like all other diets, it has some drawbacks. First of all, it affects people who have problems with their kidneys or ureters, because this diet stimulates fluid secretion, and you give a great work load on your kidneys. Furthermore, this diet will not help those who have accumulated more weight and have a large build-up of fat.
