What is the right way to eat fruit?

In ancient times, one of the most popular foods was fruit. therefore, our bodies are adapted to eating fruit. However, not everyone knows how to eat them correctly and get maximum benefits.

Admit it, that we are accustomed to eating fruit for a dessert and drink juice after our meal. And we have no idea that this way we are stressing out our bodies.

Fruit that have been eaten after some other food contact with it and starts rotting. For this reason, it is recommended to take a break and eat fruit only after 2-4 hours despite what you have eaten before. If it was fresh or steamed vegetables, this break can last 2 hours. If you were eating poultry or eggs, take a break of four hours.

The best time to eat fruit is in the morning for breakfast and until lunch and during breaks between meals. Every time you eat something, before that you can eat some fruit. When you eat fruit on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before the main meal, there’s a big chance to reduce your weight. Besides, this way you get all the vitamins from the fruit.

Try to eat fresh fruit. Canned fruit and jams are taste, but have in mind that heat destroys a large part of the vitamins.

Sometimes, it’s good to replace your tea or coffee with a glass of fresh juice. Relax and drink it in small sips.
