Getting up from your bed in the morining is one of the hardest things to do. This feeling usually comes because of a lack of sleep or poor diet. However, there are few tips that will help you to feel happier in the morning.
While you are still in bed
Make sure to choose a proper alarm melody. Do not choose very loud ringtone. If you have some favourite song, choose it as your alarm melody. Do not jump out of your bed straight after you hear your alarm clock. Take your time. It would be better that you set your alarm 15-20 minutes earlier so you could still stay in bed after you wake up. Rotate your head, do some streching exercises for your arms and legs. Then you can get up.
Light
As soon as you got out of the bed, turn on the light or open the curtains. Researchers have proved that our brain react to ligh and it helps to wake up completely.
In the bathroom
Before taking a shower, do this streching exercise. Raise your arms up and strech your entire body. Then lean and put your arms down. Then you can take a shower. You should probably know that contrast shower is much better than a regular one.
In the kitchen
Don‘t forget to have breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. The best breakfast is oatmeal. If you want something sweet, you can even have a piece of cake and some dried fruits. Dont forget that eating must be pleasant in the morining.
In front of the mirror
Not every morining makes you happy when you look at the mirror. In order to look good, you should start with a good moisturizer for your skin. Massage it in gently, do not rub too harsh.
