When you are going on holidays you don’t want to think about possible illnesses, traumas or injuries. However, sometimes you cannot avoid it. For this reason it is always good to have a small medications kit with you. Here’s a list of things you are recommended to have on a trip:
- Bandage;
- Antiseptic wound rinse solution (hydrogen peroxyde, etc.);
- Painkillers;
- Medicines foo allergy;
- Cream with heparin to improve blood flow in your legs and reduce fatigue;
- Medicines for diarrhea;
- Medicines for digestive tract spasms;
- Medicines for high stomach acidity;
- Digestives with pancreatic enzyms.
Remember tha tif you are going to travel by plane, it is useful to have medicines for seasickness (or ginger tablets). If you are going to warm countries, don’t forget a sunscreen. If you are going to the mountains, get some cream to relieve pain and inflammation. If you are going to spend lots of time in nature, don’t forget mosquito repellent.
Also don’t forget taking medicines that you have to take every day, for example, because of high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
