Talking about gaining energy, lots of people would probably mention caffeine as one of the most popular stimulants. However, caffeine should also be used properly. Choosing the largest cup of coffee and drinking it quickly is not a solution if you want to stay awake for a longer period of time. A small cup of coffee every few hours will keep you focused for much longer. By this way, caffeine is able to spread in your bloodstream over time which guarantees much better effect.
Still feeling tired? What about tireing out even more? Believe it or not but physical activity will help your brains to relax and your productivity at work will increase significally. So why don’t you use your breaks at work for walking? 10 minute walk every day will change your life completely, especially if your are one of those having a sedentary job.
Remember that we all have the same 24 hours in a day so if someone is able to find time for eating regularly and at least minimal work out, so are you. Do not delay this for tomorrow or next Monday. Your life is the most precious thing you have, so value every single minute you are given.
