Rules for those who decided to work out

Doctors actively encourage people to exercise more threatening to have various diseases. Exercising is great and many of us want to change their lifestyle and work out more. However, motivation does not always last and after a month or so people are not happy with the results. So what do you have to know before exercising so it would be really useful?

Everybody should know that exercising should be regular. If you will be working out just once per week, there are no chances you will have good results. Muscles have “memory”. So if you want to see results, make sure you work out at least every third day. Here are three rules that you should also remember if you are exercising:

  1. One workout should last not less than 50-60 minutes.
  2. Make sure you follow your workout schedule and do not skip exercising days.
  3. Control your diet.

If you want to lose weight, after workouts it is not recommended to eat animal proteins (meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy products). Otherwise your weight will grow because of growing muscles.
