Probably everyone know how difficult it to get up earlu in the morning. Unfortunately, most of us have no other choice and complaining won’t help. However, there are few tips that will help to avoid being late to work, school and to do other important activities.
You will get up earlier if you go to bed earlier. If you have a habit to go to sleep after midnight, it’s high time to change it. At first it might be difficult but gradually you will get used to it and little by little notive that if you wake up earlier, you will naturally feel sleepy in the evening. Remember that an average sleep time is 7-8 hours. If we don’t sleep enough you may soon feel such problems as obesity, bad mood, low productivity, etc.
Set a few times on your alarm. It’s not that easy to get up straight after your alarm goes on. If you have to wake up at 7 in the morning, set your alarm at 6.50 and at 7. If you use your mobile phone as an alarm clock you can even use different ringtones which will help you to know when it’s time to get out of your bed.
Don’t overeat before going to bed. Eat 2 hours before sleep, for example oatmeal. Oatmeal contains melatonin which helps to sleep quicker. You can also choose bananas, honey, honey or warm milk. This will allow sleeping calm and feeling fresh and rested in the morning.
Avoid alcohol, tobacco and caffeine. At least 6 hours before bedtime try to refuse using these products. Many people think that alcohol helps to fall asleep. This is partly true because it speeds up the process of falling asleep, but you will sleep well and won’t feel rested in the morning. Also refuse drinking coffee, tea, cola, don’t eat chocolate in the morning.
Drink a glass of water right when you wake up. This will wake your body up. Some people choose coffee in the morning, but water is healthier and better way to wake up. If you still want coffee drink only one cup of it. Rub your feets and pals, comb your hair. This will help to wake up too.
