Aromatherapy has been known since ancient times. It became extremely popular nowadays. Scents can improve your mood, help to relax after stressful day and even help to lose weight. You can have aromatherapy at home and it does not require much.
Essential oils can be added to the bath or used for massages. You can make inhalations by adding one or two drops of essential oils to the bowl of hot water and breathing the steam it creates. Such inhalations are great when you get cold. However, do not do it for more than 5 minutes.
The easiest way to enjoy aromatherapy is to mix some essential oil with a bit of water, pour it to ceramic bowl with a stand and light a small candle underneath. You will soon feel amazing smell all over your house.
