The main rules of healthy sleep

Stress  is a casual companion of modern society. What should we do to rest well at night, sleep deep and calm and get up and feeling great?

Forget late dinner. Otherwise, you will not only risk to gain weight, but also you will reduce the quality of sleep . The bottom line is that instead resting, your stomach will have to digest. The last time you can eat is at least two hours before sleeping . make sure you eat something light. A perfect choice is fruit salad, cottage cheese or yogurt .

Give up coffee and cigarettes. Cigarette and a cup of coffee before bedtime raise blood pressure and make your heart beat faster. This will make it very difficult to fall asleep.

Limit your intake of fluids. An hour before going to bed, try to drink less. This way you will not overload your kidneys and you will not need to get up at night to go to the toilet.

Turn off all flashing devices. Even a small light flashing in the corner of the room  can be a cause of insomnia .

Ventilate the room where you sleep. Before going to bed open the window for about 15 minutes. If possible, leave it open overnight.  Pure and fresh air is necessary for a healthy and deep sleep condition.

Sleep in comfortable clothing. Your clothes shouldn’t be too small and they should not restrict your movements.

Go to sleep, when you begin to feel drowsy. Do not put off time to read a book, play a game or watch a movie. You can do it the next day. If you listen to your body and do not to ignore its needs , you will be surprised how good sleep can be.
