Cook steaming. Steamed food (rice, fish, meat and vegetables) is not only fast to prepare, but also tasty and useful. It preserves more vitamins and minerals than food cooked using other methods.
Season with lemon juice. If you sprinkle your meat, fish and seafood with a little bit of fresh lemon juice, it will help to break down fats and increase absorption of iron.
Keep balance. Make sure that the food ratio is 40:60. That means 40% of your diet should consist of fresh vegetables and greens, and 60% – of heat-treated products. This will help to boost immunity and improve the digestive tract.
Say “No” to fat sauces. You should completely refuse sauces that you can by in the store, like ketchup and mayonnaise. This way you will reduce obesity, cancer and cardiovascular disease risk.
