Apples

The results have shown that after three months of eating three apples per day, the level of cholesterol can be reduced twenty times. This occurs because apples are rich in pectin, which help to reduce the amount of low-density lipoproteins in your body.

Spinach

Spinach, like most of green leaf vegetables have carotenoids. They prevent formation of cholesterol in blood. After only one or two servings of spinach, the amount of cholesterol in blood will start decreasing.

Oatmeal

There is nothing better than a plate of warm oatmeal in the morning. Oatmeal is high in fiber which is extremely useful for our bodies. However, make sure to eat oats that are course. Lots of processed food, such as cereal biscuits does not contain fiber.

Orange marmalade

Who would believe that this delicious fruit dessert can also reduce the amount of cholesterol? Orange marmalade is made of orange peels, which contain substances that reduce negative effects of cholesterol.

Green tea

Drink at least one cup of green tea a day and maybe you will say goodbye to this problem once and for all.
