Vitamin C

A lack of vitamin C causes general weakness, drowsiness, dizziness, weak immune system, inflammation of gums occurs frequently, you may even start feeling bad breath.

Sources of vitamin C: various leafy vegetables, fruits, especially kiwi and citrus fruits, mountain ash berries, walnuts and black currants.

Vitamin D

A lack of vitamin D causes fatigue, reduced resistance to diseases, dental caries risk, little kids have a risk to develop rickets.

Sources of vitamin D: liver, butter, milk, egg yolk, herring, mackerel, salmon, caviar, fish oil.

Vitamin B6

Sources of vitamin B6: beef, veal, pork, lamb, poultry, beef liver, eggs, fish, red caviar, barley, millet, corn, peas, potatoes, carrots.

Vitamin B2

A lack of vitamin B2 causes bad vision, dry skin, cracked lips. Generally you will feel a lack of strength, including lethargy and hair loss.

Sources of vitamin B: beef liver, chicken, egg yolk, cheese, pears, peaches, tomatoes, carrots, beetroots, cod, mackerel, sunflower seeds.
