For centuries apple cider vinegar has been used by numerous women as a health and beauty treatment. Now scientists tell us that it promotes blood circulation in the small blood capillaries and it is also a great antiseptic, combating yeasts, viruses and bacteria that can cause infection. However, it seems that apple cider vinegar can also be a great remedy for your hair – did you know that it effectively helps to remove the remains of hair spray, foam or gel? It’s also a good treatment in a struggle with dandruff and will definitely make your hair softer. Here are some of the recipes that will help to revitalize your hair.

• Shampoo: mix 1 / 4 cup of apple cider vinegar (the amount depends on hair length and thickness) with your shampoo and rinse your hair in this mixture once in a week. Do not forget to do this thoroughly and, if needed, use your usual conditioner at the end of the process.

• Hair Lotion: take 1 / 3 cup of apple cider vinegar and mix it with 1liter of water. Shake, pour the mixture into a bottle with a pump and keep it in a shower so that you could spray your hair just after washing. You may leave this mixture because it is not necessary to rinse – smell of the vinegar will disappear once your hair becomes dry. Pay attention to how they react to this lotion! If you see positive results, you may even don’t need to use conditioner.

Note! Apple vinegar is not recommended for painted or chemically treated hair, because it can fade hair color.
