So, for cleaning your body from slang, you should start your every morning with a glass of salted water (add 1/3 teaspoon of salt to 200 ml of boiled water). After a half an hour you should additionally drink a glass of low-fat yogurt. In this case, salted water will collect slag and toxins from your body and fat-free yogurt will neutralize the effects of salt and will additionally provide it with useful intestinal lactic acid bacteria. Of course, you won’t see instant results once you start drinking salted water – you will see visible effect only after two – three weeks.

In addition, diet helping to get rid of acne should include foods that are rich in fiber. Fruits, vegetables and various greens can prevent constipation and will normalize your digestion. In addition, beautiful skin requires cabbage, grapes, plums and rhubarb. It is also recommended to eat only fruit and vegetables all day long once in a week because it significantly improves the gastrointestinal system. Besides, your diet should be filled with porridge: oatmeal, buckwheat, rice and pearled barley. It is recommended to avoid white bread and choose only coarse rye bread. The correct diet also requires drinking only natural beverages, such as green tea, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices or mineral water.
