They help to clear your mind in stressful situations, so before starting to get nervous or angry, it is better to go jogging or exercise.
Nuts. According to the researchers, salted nuts, sunflower seeds and chocolate is a perfect source of magnesium. A handful of nuts will reduce anxiety and improve the quality of your sleep.
Lavender. Chicago scientists claim that lavender scent reduces the levels of alpha waves in the brain (which are responsible for the stressful condition). Apply some lavender oil on your wrists when you are in a stressful situation and you will feel the effect immediately.
