Do you want to lose weight very quickly? Do you have a party, holidays or a date coming quickly? Lose weight in just 3 days!

First day – carrots day. All day long form the early morning to late night you can only eat carrots. You can grate carrots and mix them with a bit of olive oil, you can also boil them just don’t think about adding any mayonnaise, sour cream or any other fat sauces. The only think that can be added is olive oil and lemon juice. Throughout the day, you can eat 1.5 kilo of carrots. Make sure you divide it for 6-7 portions.

Second day – green day. You can eat any green fruits and vegetables and also herbs. Choose green bell pepper, lime, green bananas, pears, celery, parsley and other green stuff. Once again, the total amount of fruits and vegetables shouldn’t be more than 1.5 kilo.

Third day – beetroot day. During your third day, you should eat only beetroot. Prepare some beetroot salad with olive oil. Do not add any salt, spices or fat dressings.

It is strictly forbidden to have this diet if you have diabetes, stomach or intestinal diseases. During the diet you must drink more fluids than usual. The best is to drink still water and green tea.
