Immunity is the capability of the body to resist harmful microorganisms or viruses from entering it. Immunity involves both specific and nonspecific components. Other components of the immune system adapt themselves to each new disease encountered and are able to generate pathogen-specific immunity.

Unfortunately, not everybody can say to have a great immunity. Modern lifestyle cause a lot of issues regarding it for many of us. So here are 4 natural recipes that will help you to strengthen your immunity.

1. Walnuts

Take a glass of walnuts, a glass of honey and one lemon. Chop the nuts and the pulp of lemon pulp, add some honey, stir and put it into a refrigerator. Eat 1 tablespoon of it three times a day for at least two weeks.

2. Freshly squeezed grapefruite juice

Take 2 tablespoons of grapefruit juice before your meals until you feel an improvement.

3. Milk and honey

Take 200 ml of milk, one table spoon of honey and half tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers. Ad chamomile flowers to your milk and boil it, dissolve, add the honey and stir everything. Drink it before going to bed.

4. Pumpkin seeds

Take half a glass of pumpkin seeds, add some liquid honey and 2 tablespoons of cognac. Eat 1 tablespoon of this mixture every day before eating for at least 3 weeks.
