Four-steps diet

Kate Midleton is often blamed for her weight changes and said to be suffering from anorexia. However, according to her the truth is other – she just follows some eating and physical activity regulations, called 4-step mode. If you want to lose weight as Kate, you should start 4-step mode. Each step will require eating according to different rules, but some of the rules will require the same:

• drink 1.5 liters of pure water (preferably distilled) every day
• eat bran
• go for a walk every day
• have at least 30 minute-long training session

First stage
It’s a period of pure proteins which lasts from 3 to 10 days. This phase should last as much days as you want to lose kilos. If you intended to get rid of 7 kilos, you will need to continue first stage for 7 days. Note that any other food is not allowed!

Products for the 1st stage:
• lean meat
• fish, seafood, poultry (without skin)
• eggs
• dairy products (up to 800 g per day)
• coffee, tea, spices (especially herbs, lemon juice, pepper)

Second stage
You can eat any product from the first phase and also include as much as you want cooked vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, spinach, asparagus, green beans, cabbage, celery, mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, peppers, carrots, beets and other. This phase lasts until you reach your ideal weight. Don’t forget eating at least 2 tablespoons of bran every day.

Products for the 2nd phase (you can eat only two of these foods each day):
• 1 tbsp fat-free cocoa
• 1 tbsp starch
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon cream
• 3 tbsp. white or red wine

Third stage
The main task of this stage is to prevent the return for lost kilos and this period lasts as many days*10 as many kilos are lost. So, if you lose 5 kilos, you will have to continue third phase for 50 days. Now twice a week you are allowed to choose for your lunch everything you want.

Products for the 3rd stage:
• the first phase of the products + vegetables
• 1 fruit per day
• 2 slices of bread per day
• 40 g of cheese
• about 100 g of potatoes, pasta, rice, beans (2 times a week)

Fourth stage
It is also called “stabilization.”, so you will have to stabilize your weight and maintain normal metabolism. During this phase, you can eat what you want, but you must follow two rules: one day per week it must
be the ‘pure protein’ day and it is necessary to eat 3 tablespoons of the bran each day.
