Get rid of fat in one fasting day

Dieticians often mention that one of the most important reasons why people find it difficult to lose weight is because of the toxins on their body. That is why a fasting day is one of the best ways to lose some fat. In one day people can lose from 300 to 1000 grams of weight. You should make this fasting day a habit and have it once a week or once in two weeks.

Fasting days are great for people who:

• Gain weight even if they do not eat more than normally.

• Have constipation.

• Feel exhausted, suffer from acne.

• Suffer from abdominal bloating.

• Suffer from muscle pain.

• Find it difficult to wake up in the morning.

• Have insomnia.

If you decided to have a fasting day you should know a few things. You should divide all products that you can eat into few portions. Eat slowly, drink in small sips as often as possible. You should drink up to 3 liters of water.

Choose products that contain lots of proteins and less carbohydrates. A great choice is eating eggs. They contain many useful elements. A medium sized chicken egg has less calories than a slice of bread. You can also eat tomatoes, which contain potassium – a vitamin of a heart, vitamins A and C and lycopene which kills free radicals.
