For allergic people it is recommended to choose so-called “baby” juice mixtures, like carrot and apple, pumpkin and pear juice. Besides, you should remember that when drinking juice mixtures, you should drink it as soon as ready because keeping it in the refrigerator leads to the flavor and valuable material loss.

Fruit and vegetable juice cocktails are irreplaceable sources of vitamins, multivitamins and trace elements. They contain iodine, potassium, fiber, vitamins A, B, C, D and K. You can make a mixture from every juice you want. However, one thing should be kept in mind – tomato juice should not be mixed with fruit juice because sugar that can be found in sweet juice starts to react with the tomato acid.

When trying to make the juice mixture at home, the best ones to use as the base of the mixture is carrot juice. It has sweeter taste than other vegetables and also improves digestion. Carrot juice is very useful for patients with gastric ulcer. Cucumber and celery juice is ideal with apple juice while pineapple juice may be harmful for patients with gastritis and ulcers. For women, it is recommended mixing beetroot juice, parsley juice and pomegranate. This mixture is expecially powerful when trying to get rid of menstrual pain.
