None of us could live without fluids. Different drinks can improve or even worsen your health. Here are a few drinks that will help to improve your heart.

Water

This is the most simple but also the most useful drink to human body. It is essential to our health, especially for cardiovascular function. If we don’t get enough of water, our blood begins to thicken and we may get high blood pressure, which affects the heart. Therefore, it is recommended to drink a lot of water every single day.

Green tea

Coffee
