Recipes for detoxification

If you are going to start living healthier, you should think about cleaning up your body and get rid of toxins. Here are some recipes for body detoxification.

Apple and cinnamon. Cut an apple in thin slices, pour 500 milliliters of boiling water and add one teaspoon of cinnamon. Wait till it cools down and drink in throughout the day. Apple and cinnamon regulates metabolism and helps to clean digestive tract.

Lemon juice and honey. Mix two table spoons of fresh lemon juice with a glass of warm water, one teaspoon of natural honey and a pinch of grounded ginger. Drink it 30 minutes before eating. This drink will clean your digestive system, strengthens blood vessels and provides energy.

Ginger drink. Peel a piece of ginger, chop it and  pour one liter of hot water, bring to a boil and cook on medium temperature for 10 minutes. Strain , cool it down and add a pinch of cinnamon and a few tablespoons of rosehip syrup . Drink 100-150 ml of it half an hour before a meal. This drink improves digestion , regulates metabolism , tones and strengthens your body.

Beet juice . Squeeze 1 beet , 2 apples and 4 stalks of celery. Drink 1 tablespoon 2 times a day (morning and evening), half an hour before a meal.

Health shake. Squeeze 1 orange , 1 lemon and 1 carrot, and mix it with 100 ml of water. Drink it half an hour before a meal. This shake helps to fight against fatigue and has a lot of antioxidants.

Cucumbers and celery. Chop one cucumber and one lump of celery, add 300 ml of water and drink throughout the day.
