4 big mistakes that badly affect your nutrition

Many people try to eat healthy and get the best out of the food they eat. However, many of us still make the same mistakes. Here is a list of things you have to change in your nutrition if you really want to be healthy.

Skipping meals

modern lifestyle often makes us forget many things or postpone them. Hard work requires a lot of concentration, so we need to take breaks. Lunch break is necessary. Not only it will help you to relax from work, but also bring back the energy. And to get the energy back you have to eat something. Those who miss the food during lunch time, are more likely to eat in the evening or have useless snacks throughout the day. There is no need to say that breakfast also plays a very important role, so never skip that.

Rushing to eat

In order for food to be absorbed in the best way and to avoid any problems with your stomach, you should give at least 20 minutes for eating, so lunch break is very important. Take your time to enjoy a meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Chewing too little

Swallowing large pieces of food is not only unhealthy, but also unsafe. Food is starting to be digested in a mouth, so you have to chew each bite at least 10 times, leaving less work for the internal organs and quickly grasp the feeling of satiety.

Eating at different times

Nutritionists advise to eat your main meals at the same time. For example, breakfast between 7 and 9 a.m., lunch between 12 a.m. and 2 p.m., and dinner between 5 and 7 p.m. In order to successfully burn fat, we have to accustom our body to meal time routine.
