Teas for faster metabolism

If you want to lose some weight, you exercise, follow a diet or try different treatments (massages, etc.) and you still want something more, try pampering yourself with a cup of delicious and healthy tea that also increases your metabolism!

Ginger tea. Ginger stimulates blood circulation and accelerates the metabolism and fat burn. For these reasons, this tea has become very popular as a weight loss drink. Cut small slices of ginger, pour into water and boil for 20 minutes. Cool to the room temperature and drink with honey or lemon.

Tea with ginger. Prepare your green tea, wait for 5 minutes, pour it to a thermos and put a few pieces of dried ginger. Leave the tea for half an hour. This tea will not only help to lose weight, but also it will slow down the aging process and  help to overcome cough and colds.

Raspberry tea. Take a teaspoon of crushed raspberry leaves, pour a glass of water and boil for 15-20 minutes.
Rowan tea. Mix 7 dried rowan berries and 3 nettle or wild rose leave. Pour 2 glasses of boiling water and leave it for 4 hours. Drink 3 times a day, half a cup between meals.

Tea with apples. Prepare ordinary black tea and add small pieces of sour apples. Leave it for 7 minutes and drink . This tea not only helps you to lose weight, but also cleans the blood vessels and helps to lower cholesterol level.

Tea with spices. Boil 1 liter of water and lower the temperature. Grate 200 grams of fresh ginger, break 5 pieces of cinnamon sticks and put everything into the water. Drop 5-7 peppercorns, a few cloves, a pinch of nutmeg, if you like, add some vanilla extract . The temperature of the water should be slightly less than boiling. After 2-3 minutes, add 1.5 liters of skim milk and place 4-5 tablespoons black tea leaves. Heat for 5-7 minutes, leave it for 10-15 mnutes and drink. if you want , add some honey and drink during the day.
