How to deal with crazy appetite?

In just 20 minutes it is possible to tell if you overate or not. You should always stop eating when you still feel a little bit hungry. Sit down when you eat. If you eat standing, that chance that you will eat too much is very high.

You can refuse lunch or dinner, but you must have yor breakfast. A plate of oatmeal will keep you full for a long time, besides you will get lots of vitamins with it. The best way to contrl yur appetite is eating 3 times per day and having snacks in between your main meals. Snacks have to be light, something like yogurt or apple.

In order to forget food at least for couple of hours, drin a glass of parsley or mint tea. However, do not abuse with these drinks. Another good drink is a compote of figs and plums. Boild 3 litres of water and 500 g of fruit until you will have 2.5 litre of compote. Drin half a glass of it before eating.

Beans and other pulse provides a long-term feeling of satiety. If you eat pasta, replace meat with vegetables and just a bit of cheese. Don’t forget that you should eat at least 300 grams of vegetables every day.

If you drink a glass of water of tomato juice, you will eat one third less than you would without drinking. Coffee stimulates appetite. If you cannot live without it, drink if without sugar and not more tha 2 cups per day.

Also remeber that you should have your dinner at least 2 hours before sleep.
