If you decided to lose weight, first of all, think about two tasks you have to do. Very often people start dieting and working out when they critically evaluate their appearance. Eat only as much as you burn. Food consumption should be individual. All of us have different nutritional needs. It all depends on ones physical activities. A part of energy is required by metabolic processes. So first of all, proper diet has to gives us energy.

Human body required certain nutrients: proteins, carbohydrates, fat, mineral salts, vitamins, but not specific foods. That is why we should analyze what we eat to make sure we get all nutrients that we must get.

Eat what you really love. Food must be not only rich in nutrients, but it should look attractive and have a good smell. Most importantly, do not rush when eating. Remember that the sense of satiety only comes after 15-20 minutes. If you eat slowly, you will reduce the amount of the food you eat and at the same time avoid extra calories.

Do not overfill you stomach. Large portions of food expands your stomach and then you need to eat a lot to feel the sense of satiety.

Water is essential and effective. Water occupies a big part of our body. It is necessary for vital body functions. It can regulate our diet and help in losing weight.

First of all, water is necessary for digestion and metabolic processes. At normal temperature man loses 2.5 liters of water per day. When the temperature is higher, the amount of water can range from 6 to 10 liters. If we lose lots of water, we feel thirsty and our blood gets thicker. Make sure you drink enough of water to ensure that the processes of your body run smoothly.
