How to prevent autumn hair-loss?

We can’t change the structure of our hair because it’s inherited. However, the quality of our hair depends on our attitude to them and how we take care of them. There are about 100,000 – 150,000 hair on our head and their roots are deep in the epidermis – the follicle where hair cells are constantly multiplying and hair is growing because of that. One hair lives about 5-7 years on average but it may also fall out much earlier.

Hair loss processes begin for many reasons: after various infections and infectious diseases, complex operations, stress, women can notice that after the childbirth or the use of different kind of contraceptive pills. Hair loss can also be influenced by season changes, so autumn and spring is the time when more men and women complain about the hair loss. Another reason of hair loss is the increased secretion of the sebaceous glands. It clogs the pores and the hair becomes incapable to receive the oxygen needed for its growth. Besides, hair is very sensitive for subtle thyroid, metabolic disorders, anemia, tumors, as well as skin and connective tissue diseases (psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, seborrhea), fungal diseases.

To stop the hair loss in autumn, start taking 1-methylnicotinamide chloride which is in non-toxic material capable to promote the regeneration of the hair bulbs. It has been researched to protect against infections and seborrhea, improve blood circulation, prevent the hair loss and stimulate hair growth. So, you should use hair care products containing these substances daily (read the labels of shampoo and hair gel) and wait for 3-4 weeks for the hail-loss decrease. In addition, it is very important eating correctly, so eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean meat, eggs, tofu and whole grains to prevent hair loss. Besides, you should avoid processed food as much as possible and pay attention to B vitamins, folic acid and biotin that are especially important for healthy hair and skin.
