It’s hard to believe, but such an ordinary vegetable like carrot can help to solve the whole range of health problems. Carrot juice is a great source of vitamins C, E, K and many B group vitamins. They are also full of alkali substances, and calcium which strengthens bones and teeth. The molecule of carrot juice looks similar to human blood molecules (haemoglobin), so it strengthens our immune system.

Carrot juice improves mood, enhances health and even helps to healserious diseases. It is rich in enzymes, antioxidants, like carotene. 240 ml of freshly squeezed carrot juice has a lot of vitamin A, which is easy to absorb. Carrots are not only extremely rich in beta-carotene, but also lutein, lycopene, and zeaxanthin. All together, these antioxidants strengthen vision and prevent astigmatism, macular degeneration, cataracts and glaucoma.

Carotenes also help to eliminate toxins from the digestive tract. They also prevent formation of kidney stones, and reduce cholesterol deposits on the walls. Carrot juice makes your body more resistant to bacteria, viruses and germs.

Beta-carotene is converted into vitamin A which improves condition of the skin, thyroid, adrenal glands and reproductive functions. Drinking carrot juice daily may also facilitate acne and psoriasis symptoms.
