The benefits of exotic fruits

Avocado. It is a great fruit to inhibit inflammations. Avocado has a lot of phytosterols, carotenoids, vitamin C and E, magnesium, selenium, zinc, omega 3 fatty acids, etc. If you eat avocados regularly, you will prevent development of a lot of diseases, including cancer. Avocados also protect heart and blood vessels.

Grapefruits. Grapefruit seeds have very strong natural antibiotic which fight against fungi, viruses and parasites. Some studies show that grapefruit seed extract can reduce the damage of cells that cause hepatitis C by 80%. It is a powerful antioxidant that stimulates degradation of fat.

Coconuts. Coconuts are a great source of lauric acid. It strengthens the immune system. Lauric acids is processed into monolaurin which destroys viruses (HIV, measles, herpes, etc.) and most of the bacteria. Coconut oil reduces the risk of developing heart diseases and diabetes. Pineapples. Pineapples help to break down fat, they also have anti-inflammatory effects. Africans, Asians and Australians use these fruits to treat wounds. Pineapples are rich in vitamins and minerals: potassium, iron, copper, manganese, calcium, iodine, vitamin C, carotene and thiamine. Some experts say that eating pineapples can prevent cancer.
