Flaxseed oil is a healthy and useful product. It has a lot of advantages. Why should you use flax seed oil? It is full of useful amino acids and Omega 3 fatty acids. 1-2 teaspoons of this oil are equivalent to 6-8 capsules of fish oil. It is suitable for anyone who cannot tolerate the latter one. It is also much cheaper than fish oil. How to use flaxseed oil? You can use it for anything, just make sure you are not baking with it.

Health. If you use flaxseed oil regularly, it can help to remove kidney stones. It is also recommended to use it for people who have problems with stomach.

Food. Flaxseed oil alters the taste of food, so make sure you like it. If so, use pure flax seed oil. Take a tablespoon of it three times a day; pour it into soups, porridge, salad dressing, etc. If you cannot swallow pure flax seed oil, prepare a vitamin cocktail from fruit or vegetable juice and this oil. You can also add some flax seeds. You should never cook with this oil as all useful substances disappear in high temperatures and the oil becomes not so valuable.

Beauty. Flaxseed oil strengthens hair if you use it very regularly. Apply it as a mask before shampooing. Flaxseed oil is also suitable for face masks. You can simply add a few drops of it to any of your favorite face mask.

Storage. Flaxseed oil should be kept in a cool and dry place. It can be stored in the refrigerator or even freezer if you think you will not use all of it quickly. This way the oil will not become bitter.

Bitterness. Even fresh flaxseed oil is a little bit bitter. However, always look for expiry date of the oil before buying it.
