Pineapple belongs to bromeliad family of plants. It is an exotic fruit but it is common in many countries world wide. So why is it useful?

Pineapples are great not only for those who want to be healthy but also for those people who want to lose weight. People who are afraid to get old should also eat pineapples. This fruit prevents appearance of premature wrinkles on your face.

Pineapples are rich in vitamins C, PP, and B vitamins. They also contain lots of minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus), carbohydrates and water.
