Millet porridge is worth to be loved by people living in the big cities and areas where there is almost no ecology. Millet is rich in elements that are capable to eliminate heavy metal ions from the body and flush out other harmful substances.
Cardiologists also advise for their patients to include millet in your food as much as possible because is it a great source of potassium, it can ideally help to deal with heart problems, normalize blood pressure and strengthen blood vessels.
