Sweets that won’t change your lines

Those, who are trying to lose some weight, are always advised to stop eating sweets. However, if you simply change cakes and pastries to those sweets that have fewer calories, your concerns about your lines should be forgotten. Of course, you must pay attention to portions!

1. Marmalade

Though it has as much calories as other sweets, marmalade won’t affect your shapes so much. Its base is pectin, which is useful for skin and has been also researched to reduce bad cholesterol levels in blood.

2. Marshmallows

Marshmallows, just like marmalade, have no dangerous fat if they have no additives, like chocolate or glaze. Marshmallows are rich in proteins that are necessary for muscle, as well as iron and phosphorus.

3. Dried Fruit

Prunes, apricots, dates, raisins and nuts is a great alternative to chocolate because they taste as good as candies, but they don’t pose any risk to your figure. However, keep in mind that moderation is a must – recommended their daily intake – 50 grams.

4. Jell and Custard tarts

Their basis – gelatin which lowers cholesterol levels and improves digestion. So, with a help of jell, you can lose some weight! Additionally, milk and yoghurt puddings are a great source of calcium.

5. Bitter chocolate

Of course, not all of us like bitter chocolate. However, it should be chosen because it’s rich in antioxidants that reduce the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease. You should forget white chocolate because it is fat and choose the one that has not less than 80 percent of cocoa.

6. Honey

This product is unique because it gives a strong feeling of fullness. In addition, honey has been researched to treat many health problems, so instead of sugar, choose the tea spoon of honey.
