It’s almost impossible to find a person who finds much pleasure when it needs to wake up early in the morning. Generally, when we are waking up, stops in our apartment don’t change, so let’s see what can we do in each of the stop to make your morning easier.

In order to make your wakening enjoyable, start your day with your favorite music sounds. While you’re still in bed, listen for light music and make some exercises in bed. In order to help  your body to wake up, do not jump out of bed and run straight to the bathroom. Instead of that you should gently pull your ear lobes and then lightly make some circular motions – five times clock wise and five times against the clock. Now shake vigorously and get out from the bed.

When you get out of the bed, immediately pull back the curtains and let the light in. If there is no sun outside, you should take care of this by yourself, otherwise you won’t avoid depression. The researchers found that our brain reacts to bright light and leads to easier awakening. After a few minutes you will feel that sleepiness is gone. Of course, doing some exercise would be ideal, but if you have no time, use our secret to help you wake up – inhale, raise your hands and exhale as much as possible. This excersise accelerates blood circulation and improves your well-being.

Now it’s time for the shower. Take the contrast shower and sprinkle yourself with cold water. If that’s too drastic, use cold water for at least your face and legs to be sure that you are wake up. The result will exceed your expectations! Ou fourse, the final stop is the kitchen – make sure you drink a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Besides, you are allowed to eat anything you want for your breakfast, so choose between eggs, sandwich or even a piece of cake.
