Ways to improve your hair

Dry winter months should make us wear hats all the time because that’s the only way to protect our hair from drying out. However, most of us simply hate wearing them and damage the hair in this way. So, how to deal with the consequences of the cold?

Forget everyday washing

We live in a world where dirt – is the greatest enemy. However, the biggest evil is frequent hair washing because it removes not only dirt from the hair but fat and natural scalp’s moisture as well. To maintain natural moisture, try to wash your hair less often. Besides, choose natural, organic shampoo enriched with jasmine, honey or egg yolk.

Use filtered water

In most of the cases, we use water that contains many chemicals. When you wash your hair in the water, we also remove the natural skin from the head. In addition, chlorine and other chemicals that can be found in water fall on the hair. So, anyone who has spent a considerable amount of time in the pool, should keep in mind that water procedures
will make their hair look like a dry sponge.

Use oils to improve your hair

In order to make your hair shiny and healthy, use natural oils when washing your hair. Just take a half  of teaspoon of your favorite oil: it can be jojoba, olive oil or almond oil and add it to your hair conditioner. In addition, hold it for few minutes. Besides, try to use only a small amount of shampoo to prevent drying out.

Avocado – not just for the dinner

Avocado is enriched with various vitamins and oils, so try making a natural hair mask that will make them beautiful. Just take one avocado, a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of olive oil. Mix these ingredients and rub them into your hair. Hold for 30 minutes and rinse off.
