If you fail to lose weight or you do not see the desired results for a long time, pay attention to these advices. Maybe you  are doing something wrong.

  • Give up “fast carbohydrates”. Remove from your ration four or these products: sugar, flour products, potatoes and white milled rice. Sugar is not only the product which we add to the tea , it is also all foods containing sugar – pastries, candies, dried fruits and so on. Brown sugar is as fast carbohydrate  as white one.
  • Bakery products, or everything that contains flour, like bread, cakes and so on. Grind white rice is the same fast carbohydrates like semolina. Instead, choose a dark kind of rice that is not processed.
  • If you allow yourself to bread or pasta, they must only be made from wholegrain flour.
  • If you want to lose weight, do not starve . The body does not know why you are fasting, and it may begin to stockpile fat. Do not give your body a reason to store fat. Eat when you are hungry and choose low-calorie products.
  • If you want to lose weight, you should mainly eat vegetables . They are low in calorie and rich in nutrients that help you to look and feel good. The more vegetables are in your plate , the more useful it is for you.
  • Do not try to lose weight quickly – it is impossible. Those people who have managed to lose weight, they spent a lot of time. Everything that comes out fast, goes away as fast as it came.
  • Don’t forget your breakfast. Move nourishing meals in the morning hours and in the evening try to eat as little as possible low fat products. If you allow yourself a piece of chocolate or cakes, eat them in the first half of the day.
  • Drink plenty of water, at least 4-5 glasses a day.
