Fish diet

Fish diet is often forgotten, however, it’s one of the best diets. Our body absorbs 93-98% of fish protein and 87-89% of meat protein. Fish protein is a source of all amino acids, vitamins and  trace elements that are necessary for us.

Fish diet can help you lose about 2 kilos in one week.your body will start cleansing after you refuse all caffeinated drinks, sugar, starch and refined fats. You can follow this diet twice a year. Fish is one of those rare products that has optimal amount of vitamins and trace elements, so it will help you to strengthen your heart, immune system and improve your brain microcirculation.

All you have to do is to remove any meat from your menu for one week and replace it with fish. Ideally, this should be your only source of protein. If you think it is too much for you, you can at least make “fish day” once a week.  Fish can be combined with many vegetables – cucumbers, zucchini, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts, carrots, beets, lettuce and various herbs. You should not eat it with eggplants, tomatoes, radishes, mushrooms and potatoes. Your menu should consist of 550 grams of unsalted steamed fish and 500 grams of vegetables.
