We often joke and ask what we should eat in order to lose weight. In fact there are quite many products that can help you to burn fat. Here is a list of products that speed up your metabolism, stimulate fat burning and eliminate toxins.

Asparagus
It is not only low in calories (100 g – 21 kcal), but also asparagus contains quickly absorbing fiber and vitamins A, C, E and K. It speeds up your metabolism and helps remove excess fluids from your body.

Lentils
It’s not just a vegetarian dish. This is a natural herbal substitute for meat. Lentils have more protein and iron than meat. While absorbing protein, your body expends a lot of energy and burns your fat reserves. Iron deficiency not only causes weakness and paleness, but also it slows down your metabolism. And that’s not all. Fiber improves your digestive system, pectins help to remove toxins, and bioflavonoids reduce blood sugar levels.
