Spices that stop appetite

These are natural and inexpensive spices that will not only make your food taste better, but also help you to lose weight.

Cinnamon. Cinnamon helps to overcome a wish to eat something sweet, it maintains stable blood sugar level and accelerates metabolism. Add a bit of cinnamon to your tea, yogurt or sprinkle on pieces of apple. Use cinnamon sticks instead of powder if you want more fresh spice.
