When it comes to losing weight, people tend to cut on so many things, especially sweets. After all, not all of them are that hazardous to our weight. You just have to know what sweets are better for you.

It is quite normal that we want to have something sweet from time to time. Our brain gets the signal and then it seems you cannot do anything. So you may end up eating anything that you find: chocolate cupcakes, a huge piece of cake, etc. A need for sweets occurs when we work mentally or experience stress. Another sweet temptation comes if we see a lot of sweets, for example, in supermarkets. So what should we chose not to screw our diet?

If you feel that you cannot refuse sweets completely, choose, for example, oatmeal cookies, waffles, simple cookies without creams and other goodies, cereal, dried fruits or cereal snack bars. Most importantly, they have to be made from healthy ingredients.

You can also choose marmalade, which is rich in pectin that is good for your digestive system. Natural marmalade helps your body to get rid of toxins and controls the level of cholesterol in the blood. It was also proved that marmalade has anti-viral properties that prevent ulcers.

Halva is a source of various useful things. Peanut halva contains vitamins В6, РР and В2. Dieticians advise to eat halva regularly, but of course, in small quantities.

Dark chocolate has almost no harmful sugar, but choose them one that has 75 percent or more of cocoa. This delicacy strengthens blood vessels and has a positive effect on the heart. A piece of chocolate improves your mood, returns clarity of mind, and prevents thrombus formation.

Natural honey has a lot of minerals and vitamins. A teaspoon of honey before going to bed will improve you sleep, and if you eat it in the morning on an empty stomach, it will improve your digestion.
