You can also choose marmalade, which is rich in pectin that is good for your digestive system. Natural marmalade helps your body to get rid of toxins and controls the level of cholesterol in the blood. It was also proved that marmalade has anti-viral properties that prevent ulcers.
Halva is a source of various useful things. Peanut halva contains vitamins В6, РР and В2. Dieticians advise to eat halva regularly, but of course, in small quantities.
Dark chocolate has almost no harmful sugar, but choose them one that has 75 percent or more of cocoa. This delicacy strengthens blood vessels and has a positive effect on the heart. A piece of chocolate improves your mood, returns clarity of mind, and prevents thrombus formation.
Natural honey has a lot of minerals and vitamins. A teaspoon of honey before going to bed will improve you sleep, and if you eat it in the morning on an empty stomach, it will improve your digestion.
