The power of parsley diet

We can discuss about the impact of herbs on our body for days, but let’s today talk about parsley and parsley diet. This herb is great for its ability to remove liquids from our body so it is great for those who want to lose weight. Just make sure you don’t forget drinking enough of water and you can use parsley everywhere: in your soup, salad, meat dishes, etc.

Parsley has lots of useful substances and vitamins C, K, PP and B group vitamins. It is also rich in trace elements, such as phosphorus, calcium, zinc, and iron. These herbs have some essential oils, bioflavonoids and folic acid as well.

Parsley has positive effect of digestive processes. However, people who have kidney problems or those who suffer from urinary problems should not go on this diet.

Parsley diet

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee without milk, but with 1 tea spoon of sugar.
Lunch : 1 tablespoon of grated parsley root, 1 egg.
Dinner: 100 grams of cooked meat, 1 tablespoon of grated parsley root.
Lunch: 100 g of cheese or  200 g of cottage cheese, coffee or tea.
Dinner: 1 cup of buttermilk.

Parsley tea

Parsley tea is great to lose weight and it also reduces the amount of sugar in the blood and improves immune system. Parsley contains minerals that enhance metabolism. Parsley cleanses body from toxins and slags, heals liver, stomach , normalizes blood pressure and helps with tissue regeneration. Parsley tea removes excess fluid from our body and stops swelling problems.
How to prepare parsley tea? Take 100 g of fresh parsley leaves and chop them finely. Pour 2 liters of water and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes , cool and strain . Add  juice of one lemon and a drop of iodine.
How to use ? Drink a half cup of parsley tea on an empty stomach. It will quench your hunger. Drink it for 10-14 days.
