What is the secret of losing weight following this diet? It is all about tomato juice, which is low in calories and full of useful nutritional elements, such as, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and a variety of useful acids that are responsible for the metabolic processes in the body.

Here is how this diet looks like. You can eat these products in a few meals:

Day 1

1 liter of tomato juice, 150 grams of boiled potatoes, 300 ml of coffee or tea without sugar.

Day 2

1 liter of tomato juice, 500 g of low fat cottage cheese, 300 ml of tea or coffee without sugar.

Day 3

1 liter of tomato juice, 1 kg of fruits (except bananas and grapes), 300 ml of coffee or tea without sugar.

Day 4

1 liter of tomato juice, 500 g of baked or boiled chicken without skin and fat, 150 ml of coffee or tea without sugar.

Day 5

1 liter of tomato juice, 700 g of dried fruits (except figs, bananas, raisins), 300 ml of coffee or tea without sugar.

Day 6

1 liter of tomato juice, 500 g of low fat cottage cheese, 300 ml of tea or coffee without sugar.

Day 7

1 liter of tomato juice, 500 g of boiled fish, 300 ml of tea or coffee without sugar.

You can also drink non-carbonated mineral water with some lemon juice. Beware that it’s a very strict diet, so it is not recommended for those who have any health problems.
