Water provides brightness to our skin, improves digestion and accelerates metabolism. If you enriched your water with a few extras, then it would become an effective drink to accelerate your metabolism and it could be a great slimming agent.

Citrus fruits. Add a a few slices of citrus fruits to your water. Vitamin C provides an effective fat distribution and its utilization at cellular level. It was noticed that the scent and colors of citrus fruits energize and improve the mood.

Cucumbers. Cucumbers are rich in vitamins A and C as well as potassium which clears toxins from the body. These substance also ensure normal digestion and elimination processes. Add 6-8 slices of cucumber to the bowl with water and keep it for a few hours.

Cayenne pepper. Spicy water may sound really weird, but cayenne pepper contains capsaicin which instantly improves metabolism and also suppresses hunger. Add some strawberries, blueberries and little bit of cayenne pepper to your water. Such a combination is great because you will feel only a little bit of pepper, but the benefits of this water are great.
