When the diet is over

There is not better feeling when your diet is completed successfully and you are standing in front of the mirror with a smile on your face.  Now the most important and the most difficult is to maintain the weight. It’s not a secret that the weight you lose can easily come back. So is there any way out of this situation? Or does that mean that from now on you will have to limit yourself? Definitely not! You will only have to get rid of some of your habits and you will be able to enjoy your body all the time. Here are some tips that you should follow.

Tip 1. Spend less time in from of the TV. Limit it to one hour per day. When you sit for a long time your body starts accumulating additional cells of fat. Now think about the snacks you have while watching TV. Sweets and chips? Sometimes it’s hard to control yourself but if you limit the time you spend in front of the TV you will reduce the amount of snacks too.

Tip 2. Try eating lean foods. The choice is very wide: there is a variety of soups and salad, so choose your favorite ones. You can eat very tasty and at the same time get less fat. Forget about fast food! Eat 3-5 times per day. Have your breakfast every day without any exceptions. Chew your food well. This way you will feel full sooner and won’t eat too much.

Tip 3. Eat when you feel hungry. Remember how many times you eat without thinking if you are really hungry. Some people eat for fun, some – when they feel nervous, etc. Find out if you really want to eat. Ask yourself if you want to eat small piece of old black bread. If the answer isyes, then you can go and eat something, if the answer is negative, resist eating. It is better to drink a glass of fresh juice or water.

Tip 4. Sleep at least 8 hours per day.

Tip 5. Weigh yourself every day. The best time to do it is every morning before eating. If your weight is decreasing or if it’s stable, that’s great. If it’s increasing, think what might be wrong in your daily routine. Keep in mind that a wish to look nice conquers everything.
